By signing in to or using HR Outreach ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app helps you match your resume to job openings, tailor your resume, draft outreach emails, and send emails to recruiters from your own Gmail account. It is a tool; you decide what is sent.
You agree to use the app only to contact people about real job opportunities that fit you, honestly and respectfully. You must not:
To protect your mailbox and others, the app limits how many emails go out each day, spaces them apart, may skip a recipient who was contacted recently, and checks drafts for unsupported claims. These measures reduce risk but do not remove it. Your Gmail account could still be limited by Google.
Tailored resumes and email drafts are produced with AI and automated checks. They can contain mistakes. Review everything before approving it. You are responsible for making sure your resume and emails are accurate.
We do not promise interviews, replies, job offers, email deliverability, or that job and contact information is accurate or current. Recruiter emails found in public postings may be wrong or outdated.
You keep ownership of your resume and content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the app's features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop it, and we may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is being misused.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or damage arising from emails you send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
